Kamel’s spiritual journey has led him across the world to reach the roots of ancient yogic practices. His deep study with masters in different sects and his personal interpretation brings an authentic modern voice to a sacred experience.

His unique sequencing of sanskrit mantras, breath work, and meditation creates a healing vibration that is providing ease and preventative health to many people throughout this global pandemic.  

Simply breathing is often overlooked, most people do not breath properly to facilitate healthy organ function. In times of stress we are prone to tightening our diaphragms thus restricting air flow to our bodies. A daily breath work practice is a direct route to the expansion of lungs, increased energy flow, and the optimal yogi triumph, mental stillness.
