LOVE IN THE TIME OF CORONA

Finding calm in a chaotic world is not easy but I challenge you at this time to take a moment of reflection and ask yourself the important questions.

As the world  starts to spiral and we spin into a global panic, I can't help but wonder, what are the things that actually matter. Industries are at a standstill, the economy is taking a hit, people are full of fear and avoiding human contact. This is a normal reaction to the information we receive from the media, as well as a precaution to the unknown. But let's think for a minute, what if we did know?

What if we did know that most of us will get the Coronavirus and a few of us will die from it. That it is random but we will all surely come into contact with the virus at some point. How will we react to this knowledge? Perhaps we will double dose on wellness shots and build our immune systems up. Perhaps we will spend a bit more time with our loved ones and not hold grudges. Perhaps we will embrace someone who is sick in hopes they will feel better. Perhaps we will take the trips we have waited a lifetime for. Perhaps we will love a little longer and dance a little harder. Or perhaps we will carry on as usual. Or there are those that will quarantine themselves in a room with stored up food and water in hopes of a day that the virus disappears and they may be the last one standing.

Let's just take a moment to reflect...what are we afraid of?
